Job description:
Our client, a global leading private equity firm, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support a new Managing Partner in a 1:1 capacity. This role will be in the office 5 days a week and is offering a competitive base salary, paid overtime, a discretionary bonus, and fantastic benefits.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating across various time zones.
· Arrange complex international and domestic travel arrangements including preparing visa and other necessary travel documents.
· Prepare agendas, letters, memos, and other routine correspondence.
· Handle invoice processing and identify opportunities for process improvements.
· Any ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of C-level support out of financial services.
· Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask while simultaneously prioritizing conflicting needs.
· Knowledge of expense management tools and travel logistics.
· Ability to autonomously and proactively in a fast paced environment.
